We’re super confident that you’ll always find the best price when you book directly with us. On the very rare occasion that you spot a cheaper price on another website within 24 hours of booking, just let us know and we’ll be happy to match it for you.

There are a few important things to note about our Price Promise:

• It’s valid for 24 hours from receipt of your accommodation booking. 
• The package you find on a third party site must be identical to the one on our site (same bedroom, arrival date, number of nights, number of guests, etc.), quoted in Pounds Sterling, and inclusive of all taxes.
• The rate must be publicly accessible without the need to sign in to any profile. Therefore, we’re unable to match prices that are only available through VIP, Genius, or other member exclusive accounts.

Price Promise applies to individual hotel accommodation bookings only. It does not apply to dining, activities, or other on site facilities, nor is it available for group bookings of more than six rooms. The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

If you have pre paid your reservation, any price match difference will be added as a credit to your room account. No cash refund will be given.

Yes, we accept both cash and card payments

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am.

• Most of our rooms have a shower over the bath while a few have a walk in shower (these are in our accessible rooms). If you have a preference, let us know when you book.
• Desk, TV and storage space.
• Hairdryer

Absolutely. We welcome two small dogs per room. It’s £30 per night and includes a welcome pack to help your four-legged friend feel at home during their stay.

You’ll find our reception, restaurant, bar and swimming pool on the ground floor. Access to the upper floors is via staircase (we don’t have a lift, sorry).

Yes there is, just pop round to reception and we will point you in the right direction.

All of our rooms are non-smoking, with smoking being prohibited inside the building too. Smoking in our rooms will incur an automatic £250 charge (making it the most expensive cigarette you have ever had).
